Larkspur forms long, lace-like, and beautiful flower spikes in blue, white or pink tones. It grows on sunny and half shaded sites. Shorten to 10-15cm after it has flowered to produce a second flush. Particularly loved by bumble bees. We find this hardy plant suits borders well – growing to around a metre in height. They also make fantastic cut flowers in fresh or dry arrangements.
