We love this traditional annual flower with its tall stems – reaching around 90cm – which are ideal for cutting.
The Blue Cornflower heads are tempting to bees. They look great in beds or borders and are often seen in cottage gardens.
How to grow:
Sow from late March to May directly into a weed free growing site. Do not transplant but thin out to about 5cm apart. This helps to support the plants.
This can also be sown in September for extra early flowers.
