This brilliant large orange plant is also known as Mexican Sunflower.
It grows tall – up to around 1.6 metres – and benefits from a warm sunny position. Tithonia are great for attracting bees to your garden!
How to grow:
Sow March and April in modules or trays, cover the seeds lightly and maintain a temperature of 18°C. Prick out into trays 5cm apart and harden off before planting out in flowering site in May. Allow 20cm between plants.

August to October.
