The Viola flower is a favourite of ours and its small Pansy-like blooms are well suited to cottage gardens.
The tricolour petals range from violet to yellow and white. It’s a half hardy annual and also does well in pots.
How to grow:
Sow from February with heat in seed trays or directly into flowering site in April. Prick out indoor sown seedlings into trays 5cm apart and harden off before planting out in flowering site in May.

June to September.
